Guerilla Q
Chilliwack is home to Guerilla Q. They get their name from their willingness to go anywhere and brave any conditions in order to serve BBQ to the hungry masses. Why go to such lengths? Because they love it. They love every minute they spend rubbing, smoking, grilling, and feeding the people of BC. The locals love them right back as our 2024 winner of Food Truck Wars “Best Meat Sweats” category.
Guerilla Q travels far and wide and with them every step of the way is their special BBQ sauce. Made with a tangy vinegar and ketchup base, this sauce is spiced to perfection. It provides a little heat and a little sharpness that brings out the incredible smoky flavour of their ribs. Unreal.
Guerilla Q comes fully loaded with ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and chicken, all topped with that delicious tangy sauce. Sides include creamy mac and cheese, smoke pit beans, coleslaw, potato salad, and cornbread. That creamy mac and cheese sauce (made from scratch!) goes amazing with the smoky meats.
